Doug took the time to listen to our concerns about our gas fireplace and the processes we previously undertook in our attempt to eliminate the problem. Doug & Chris went right to work, explaining what they thought might be the problem. They had the problem resolved and service/maintenance completed within the hour. Your Shop did a great job to fix and totally replace engine on our Bad Boy mower. The repair was done at less than half the cost of estimate from local shop, who basically locked up the machine. Further more, your service techs went above and beyond to reduce the expense by using parts in shop. Job was extremely professional, very timely, and first class operation. (techs were very knowledgeable and thorough) Your customer service to call and schedule the whole process was equally first rate! I only wish your shop was closer to my house for any future needs!!! Respectfully, and very satisfied with your service.
Thank you for giving me this chance for feedback. I had my 18 year old Bad Boy Mower in your shop in Bellville, Ohio in mid May 2019 for general maintenance & leveling the deck. But it turned out to be much more. Marlin & Mike was working on the mower & discovered a much more serious problem with the deck leveling the frame on the right side had broken completely apart & the left side had cracked. They called me to let me know what they found they were very good in keeping in touch with me. I decided to have it repaired they were very efficient getting it back to me. I would highly recommend this company for your repairs. I am very satisfied with there work. Thank you.
